Return & Refund Policy

At Fiber Boost Up, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines how we handle equipment returns, cancellations, and refunds.
1. Equipment Returns
- Equipment provided on a lease basis (such as modems, routers, or set-top boxes) may be returned within 30 days of installation if you choose to cancel service.
- Returned equipment must be in good working condition, with no physical damage, and include all original accessories and packaging.
- Refunds or deposits related to equipment will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items.
2. Service Cancellation
- You may cancel your internet, phone, or cable TV services at any time by contacting customer support.
- Upon cancellation, service will continue through the end of your current billing period unless otherwise requested.
- No early termination fees or penalties apply unless specified in a separate contract.
3. Refunds
- Refunds for prepaid service fees will be prorated based on the remaining billing period after cancellation.
- Any refunds due will be issued via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the billing date for which you are requesting a refund.
